Five Senses

The Five senses in life include vision, hearing, touch, taste and smell. The idea is to find those things that activate your senses in a positive way. This is something you can return to that not only brings you pleasure, but grounds you during difficult times. Try engaging your senses at all times and use that which is positive to lead you in a fulfilling direction.
